We are nine people in a converted factory, so there is no call centre and no ticketing system. Email is the fastest way to reach us. If you are calling from outside Italy, remember that we are on Central European Time and that the aging room has no phone signal at all.

Where we are

The entrance is the loading bay, not the glass door. The glass door has not opened since 2011 and we have stopped trying. Parking is on the street. If you reach a fence, you have gone too far and you are now at the tile warehouse.
Hours
Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 CET. Closed Sundays. Closed the entire second week of August, along with everyone else in the province.
Factory and museum tours
Tours run Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 and 15:00, and Saturday at 11:00. They last about an hour, they cover the aging halls and the typewriter museum, and they end with tasting all three wheels. Ten people maximum. Book by email at least three days ahead. Wear closed shoes. The floors are original 1954 concrete and they are not level anywhere.
Press
Photography in the aging halls is fine. Photography of the ledger book on the office wall is not, because it has our suppliers' pricing in it. Press enquiries to o@onagio.com with "PRESS" in the subject line, which is the closest thing we have to a workflow.
